Counselling/Therapy Services

Developing a professional relationship and understanding of with the people I work with is is really important for me as a psychologist. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy; you are the expert in your life, experiences, and/or family/children. What I bring to the therapy relationship is knowledge about what works for people in general. Together we can identify your best way forward ensuring you feel comfortable with every step of the process.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

The approach I use draws from: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, trauma informed, person centered, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/positive behaviour support for parents.
