$110 per session (50 minutes)

I help people, from all walks of life, who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, lost, or stuck in a rut. 

Increase your well-being by taking charge of your body, your thoughts, your emotions and how you deal with problems. Together we implement small changes towards creating a more satisfying life. 

 

Counselling/Therapy Approach

I am trained in solution-focussed, person-centred , cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness.

I provide a safe, confidential, empathic space to explore issues, bring awareness to thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to learn new ways to move forward.

  

Registrations and Professional Memberships

  • Member, Registered with the NZ Association of Counsellors (MNZAC)
 

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Counselling
 

Background and Experience

I have experience working with adults and young adults on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I have also enjoyed working in a school setting, supporting children and adolescents aged from 7 -17 years.
