Counselling/Therapy Services

Therapy is your time. I would work collaboratively with you to address the goals that you want to achieve and are important to you. As a counselling psychologist, I offer evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. I also employ creative modalities like art and play, to suit your needs and preferences.

Background and Experience

I have worked with people of various ages with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ASD, ADHD, grief, intimate partner violence, neglect, abuse, sexualised behaviour and oppositional behaviour. I am also experienced in working with Māori, Pasifika, Asian and NZ European clients. I run seminars, workshops and groups for both therapists and the general public. I also provide mentoring and clinical supervision.

Previously worked at Family Action and Te Whatu Ora in the child and adolescent mental health service.

Q Fees

- $190 per session (50min)
- $280 per initial assessment (80min)

Neurodevelopmental Assessments:
- $1500 for an ADHD assessment
- $1500 for an ASD assessment
- $1800 for an ADHD & ASD assessment
