Areas of Special Interest

Anyone interested in personal growth or anyone struggling with a crisis. I can help when life is hard, whether you feel depressed, anxious, have relationship difficulties, feel trapped, confused or just need support in a difficult time.

Counselling/Therapy Services

I offer psychotherapy that is both in-depth and practical, aimed at providing lasting change. I work collaboratively with my clients in a non-judgemental way to gain insights and process old pains to bring about new ways of feeling and being.

It is my goal to create a supportive, caring and understanding environment for my client, so together we can explore what they need, at their own pace, enabling them to find compassion and understanding for themselves.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

I practice Integrative Transactional Analysis, and so can offer both a practical and in-depth therapy. I work collaboratively and at your pace, either short term or long term.
