“We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.”
– Mahatma Gandhi

Counselling Services

My clients find that having the opportunity to talk through what is worrying them confidentially and to be seen and heard respectfully, is a significant step towards resolution and transformation.

I can help you develop the insight and skills to manage and work through the problems you are experiencing by offering a range of counselling and/or communication strategies to people of all ages.

At times we all need to have some additional tools to our toolbox of life, to navigate through situations that have needed attention or have arisen out of unexpected circumstances, be it in our relationships, our families or our work life.

Counselling Approach

No matter if the issue or problem you have sits in either your personal or work life, my approach to my clients is to work with the whole person not just some of the parts. Together we identify, clarify and build techniques and strategies that help you move forward in the experience of being human.

About Me

I have worked with people most of my working life, beginning in the early years with volunteer work helping young mothers cope with new babies and family pressures. Throughout the past 30+ years I have worked across a diverse range of roles in recruitment, executive search, leadership training and behavioural change coaching. In 2012 I completed my Diploma in Counselling.

So why did I become a counsellor? Whilst attending a transformational coaching workshop a colleague suggested that adding a counselling qualification to my skills enabled me to drop down to a deeper level with my leadership clients. She was right! I set up my private counselling practice in 2012 and use all my skills to work with clients.
