Areas of Special Interest

I specialise in anxiety and relationship challenges. I am experienced in working with typical challenges of life; losses, challenges, change, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, low mood, and avoidance; as well as personality disorders.

Counselling/Therapy Services

I have a reputation of someone who "cuts to the chase", and can help you build your best possible life by gently challenging you and "swimming alongside you".

An initial assessment is the first step in putting our heads together, see what is going on for you, and whether psychotherapy can be of any help or not.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

My main modality of treatment is CBT-based, augmented by ACT, DBT, EFT, IRT, as well as mindfulness and compassion-based approaches.
