As a former comedian, I strive to help people find the lighter side of life, even in their darkest hours. Although we are confronted by grief, change, and loss, I strive to help people use humor in coping with their emotional choices. I'm a strong advocate for my clients, and will always be on your side, as you navigate through life's challenges.
I'm trained in CBT, ACT, and Existential and Humanistic psychology. My approach is supportive and warm, but also entails helping design homework and challenges for you outside of therapy.
