Counselling Services

If you are considering counselling, it is likely that something is not working in your life that you want to address, or you are in a crisis situation. I offer a safe and respectful space to explore the issues you bring.

I compassionately assist you in finding ways to manage overwhelm and stress, learn self-care, plan and set goals. I work alongside you to help you to explore and understand your emotions, thoughts and behaviours and how past patterns affect the present. Insights create space and the opportunity to explore choice around change.

I support and guide you through the changes you wish to make, whether it is to heal from trauma or loss, gaining self-esteem and confidence in moving forward in your life, or dealing with conflict in a relationship. Becoming more aware of your patterns, your values, and needs, you can discover what motivates you and find purpose and meaning in your life. Relationships become more fulfilling, both with others and yourself.

I offer both long and short term counselling. We review our work regularly so you can see where you are in relation to your original issue and goal.

We do not make ourselves whole, in potential we are already whole. This unbroken wholeness within can be realised- WAKE UP -don’t be asleep to your true nature.
– Roberto Assagioli

Counselling Approach

My training is in Psychosynthesis counselling, a positive psycho-spiritual psychology that is both holistic and practical. This framework combines Western depth psychology with Eastern psychology.

I work in a collaborative relationship focused way, using a range of approaches appropriate to my client’s needs, including Person centred therapy, Mindfulness (ACT) and Cognitive/Behavioural work.
