Counselling/Therapy Services

I bring a holistic, client centred approach to my work. Simply put, we will work together as partners. We will explore the 'what', 'how' and 'why' of your psychological experiences and their impact on decision making, performance, relationships and well-being.

Wherever you are in your life's journey, I aim to come alongside to help you find the next step. I don't promise to have every solution, but chances are we will make a great team. Together we can learn to make the journey less lonely and more meaningful.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

Drawing from advancements in neuroscience, I offer simple, practical frameworks to make sense of life's challenging experiences and will work with you to derive lasting solutions.

I bring a client-centred, eclectic approach to therapy. I utilise research based modalities such ACT, CBT, DBT, MI and Neuro-psychotherapy to help bring a understanding of psychological experiences, develop skills to tolerate distress and regulate emotions, learn to offer new perspectives to self and develop effective problem solving skills.

For those who consider spirituality as an important part of their individual identity, I offer counselling based on Christian philosophies, to support exploration of emotional experiences through a spiritual lens.
