Michelle specialises in counselling teenagers and young adults. She also has a half hour session suited for parents who want to problem solve issues they are encountering with their adolescents.
Michelle helps young people overcome, get through and manage hard things in life while equipping them with tools to continue on their journey of growing into the great person they are created to be. Common issues she helps with are anxiety, school refusal, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, deliberate self-harm, behavioural issues, stress, grief, and depression. She has worked with teenagers and young adults in various roles in different community settings for over 20 years.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and an eclectic mix of Transactional Analysis (TA), Interactive Drawing Therapy, and Refocusing Therapy.

Background and Experience
Alongside her Private Practice, she is a counsellor in a local high school.
