Counselling/Therapy Services

My style of counselling is holistic and collaborative, and I will tailor my approach, therapeutic intervention, frequency and number of sessions to suit depending on what your needs are. Part of my role is to help empower you to implement and maintain any changes you want to make.
I work in a client centred way which means getting to know a bit about you and what you would like support with, identifying specific goals you may have, before then helping support you to achieve this.

It is important to me to ensure that you are receiving the right support. If at any stage I feel that you may require additional or alternative support to help you achieve your goals, I will talk this through with you and can help facilitate onwards referrals if needed.

It is also important that you feel that you are heard and supported in a way that works for you. I encourage feedback so that together we can help ensure that you are getting your counselling and support needs met.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

Client centred, holistic and trauma informed practice.
Whānau inclusive wherever possible and as appropriate.
