Counselling/Therapy Services

I am an experienced Child Psychologist who has worked in both public mental health as well as private practice settings. I specialise in supporting children and adolescents with a range of psychological and neurodevelopmental challenges. I have a warm and compassionate approach to therapy and believe in the importance of establishing a trusting relationship. I help children and adolescents make sense of their current experiences, and work with the whole family to make sustainable changes.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment strategies, I adapt therapy to fit individual needs and goals. I have experience working with children and adolescents with mental health, behavioural, and social skills challenges, and work with the family to support children and young people towards their goals.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

Talking about their feelings is often challenging for children and adolescents, and I aim to find ways of engaging young people to make therapy an enjoyable and meaningful space. I have been trained in a range of different therapeutic modalities, and work flexibly to find the approach that works best for each child. I am passionate about seeing young people grow in confidence and abilities as we work together.
