Counselling/Therapy Services

Through therapeutic conversations, we will work together to bring about positive change. My style is non-judgemental and respectful. I work with adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues, including:
  • Grief & loss
  • Relationships & couples counselling
  • Stress management
  • Depression & anxiety
  • Student & work motivation
  • Self esteem & confidence
  • Identity & gender

My work is largely informed by my training as a narrative therapist. Narrative therapy is a non-blaming approach driven by the belief that a person's problems are seperate from their identity.

I work with you to expand on the narratives (stories) that have come to shape your thinking. This process makes it possible to explore new perspectives on old problems, and set goals to move towards the life you want.

I am a LGBTQIA-friendly counsellor and work with people from all cultures and backgrounds
