I am a experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer a safe, warm and confidential space where all of you is welcomed. I am passionate about helping you make lasting change.
You are not alone – everyone needs help from time to time. There are a wide range of reasons why people seek help. Whatever your reason, big or small, is a genuine reasons to see me. Some reasons could be:
I am trained as a psychosynthesis counselor/psychotherapist although I use many other approaches where I feel this is appropriate. At the heart of my approach is helping you discover what is holding you back and then giving you the skills to learn how to change for the better.
Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach and has often been called the psychology of the self. Imagine you the conductor of the orchestra directing all the different instruments of your life so that they play in harmony. This is Psychosynthesis; learning the art of how to conduct your life in harmony.
Some other modalities I use include:
I have been working and supporting people with challenges for the last twenty years. This has included working with traumatic brain injuries, mental health issues, relationship challenges, and homelessness.
I have worked for the last seven years in private practice as a psychotherapist and counselor. I receive ongoing training as I believe it’s important to keep up to date with changes and the best possible practice.
