This lovely therapy space is available for sublet. It’s a decent size (15m2), in a beautiful spot at the top of the Wellington Botanic gardens. The Cable car is nearby for easy access into the CBD and there are many walks through the gardens right outside.

The building includes free use of a conference room, kitchenettes, and shower. There are lots of other therapists and small business owners who also use the building. The room is beautifully decorated and comes with comfy chairs, sensory toys, shelving/storage, and a tea station.

Would suit someone starting up their private practice, or just anyone who wants a comfortable office / workspace for a weekend day or two.
