Analysing the thinking process can provide a great deal of insight and options, and my role is to ensure that you can do this in an accepting, confidential, and encouraging environment.

I am an experienced counsellor and life coach offering supervision to counsellors, student counsellors, social workers, case workers, and anyone else who thinks they may benefit from my approach to therapeutic services.
Supervision is a collaborative and supportive activity where you are able to work through all the challenges of working in this field, in an encouraging and creative environment. I will use all my knowledge and experience as a counsellor, life coach, personal trainer, and participant in all forms of human relationships to assist you in any way I can. I have taken everything I have studied and learned during practice, and amalgamated it into my way of being with others. I lean towards DBT philosophy and techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy, Coherence Therapy, and Narrative. I have extensive experience working with trauma processing, DBT skills, couples therapy, anxiety, depression, and conflict management.
