I believe that people have all they need: character, values and strengths, to lead the lives they want to live. My aim is to rediscover that with you. For support around a problem that’s been around for awhile or support towards changes you want to make in life, I’d love to hear from you.
The aim of my work is to connect people with their true values and strengths. In doing so, finding new perspectives and ways to live with and/or through what you might have been dealing with for a while now or changes you’re trying to pursue for your future.
What is important in my work is to collaborate with you so that you are able to experience more fulfilment and more joy in your now and your tomorrow.
If you want to learn more about me, please visit my website or get in touch via text or phone call. I look forward to hearing from you.
During our conversations we’ll talk about what’s been going on for you. We’ll also explore the values, strengths and hopes that are important to you and what might be getting in the way of experiencing more of them in your life. From these chats we’ll discover fresh and new possibilities as we understand more of your journey and gain a clearer vision of where and who you want to be.
I understand that what you share during our conversations can be difficult to talk about. That’s why we’ll will go at your own pace and what is shared is confidential. Our work together is a space of compassion and non-judgement with the aim to support you in building strength, finding insights, and creating more fulfillment in your life.
I have been in various roles (Currently the Clinical Manager for the Child and Youth team at Family action; see my Linkedin Account) that gave me the privilege of working with people from all ages, backgrounds and cultures. In my journey of learning and working with these people, I find myself lucky and proud of running mindfulness courses for youth, adults and officers in prison; facilitating youth and adults through goal setting and mentoring; facilitating camps focussed on building leadership and community involvement; and working with children, youth and adults in journeys of recovery.
I am excited to meet and work with people. If you think you’d like to work with me – feel free to get in touch now. I look forward to meeting you where you are and discovering with you where you might want to go.
