I use Client Centered Practice as my foundation and then draw from a number of therapies. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Solutions Focused Interventions, Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT), The Developmental Model, Mindfulness, etc.
