I enjoy working with young people aged 11+ and adults. I am able to help with a range of challenges and obstacles and am particularly experienced in the following:

  • Grief and loss
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Illness
  • Relationships
  • Stress/burnout
  • Coping skills
  • Career guidance

About Me

I trained as a counsellor at Waikato Institute of Technology, completing my Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) in 2018. My background has primarily been in career guidance, and for the last two and a half years I have been volunteering at Grief Support Services, supporting clients experiencing grief and loss, relationship breakdowns, illnesses, and other life challenges.

I currently only provide online counselling via Zoom, Doxy, or Whereby
