I offer supervision to Counsellors, Nurses and other professionals based on a reflective learning model. Highlighting the functions of supervision, such as, restorative – promoting self-awareness, and well-being, formative – learning and development of therapeutic modalities and ideologies, normative – promoting professional and ethical conduct.
Supervision is a critical time of in-depth reflections to be had, focusing on the development of ethical practices and creating opportunities to reflect on personal and professional developments, ultimately enhancing job satisfaction.
