Psychotherapy to support your wellbeing

I work with warmth, openness, and respect to provide a confidential space where you feel supported.

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy where we work together to understand how life is for you –  to explore feelings, thoughts, and recurring patterns which may be causing challenges. As you become more self-aware, it is possible to view your challenges in different ways and gain new insights. Psychotherapy can provide you the opportunity to feel differently, to move forward, and potentially help with accepting things you cannot change.

I welcome diversity and have experience supporting people who face challenges in how they feel about themselves and challenges in how they relate to others.

I have experience supporting people with

  • Relationships
  • Identity
  • Low self-confidence
  • Loss and grief
  • Life changes & transitions
  • Burnout
  • Neurodiversity

My approach

I am clinically trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and my practice is informed by mindfulness, attachment, and relational theory. A psychodynamic perspective considers that early relationships and experiences may shape how we think and feel about ourselves now, and how we relate to others.

The next step

Seeking support is a way of taking care of yourself and takes courage. I welcome hearing from you if you are wanting to look at a specific issue or perhaps longer-term therapy to gain a wider perspective.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consult to see how we might work together.
