Welcome, I am Liz

Having been on an intentional personal, professional and spiritual journey since 1992, when I had a breakdown/breakthrough, I have had the privilege to try so many different experiences leading me to live a rich and meaningful life.

I love helping others reclaim their lives as I know what hopelessness feels like and I am living proof of what is possible.  Whether it would be getting over a ‘bump’ in the road, gaining clarity without the beliefs/stories hindering your vision or taking on more of a journey.  I would be honored to help you evolve your healing path!

Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques has been clinically proven to dramatically improve, relieve or heal various issues.

Using the techniques I will ask you to focus:

  • Are you thinking about transitions in life?
  • Are you feeling lost and not sure what to do next?
  • Are you stressed, anxious or worried?
  • Do you have phobias and/or fears?
  • Are you dealing with beliefs that sabotage you?
  • Are you feeling as if you are a passenger and not the driver of your life?
  • Are you experiencing physical, emotional and/or spiritual pain?
  • Are you using food as a way to regulate anxiety, deal with emotions and/or numb out?
  • Are you feeling as if you are always in conflict with your body?
  • Are you dealing with inner conflict – the part that does versus the part that does not want to do something?
  • Are you experiencing low mood, low energy?
  • Are you finding it hard to ask for what you want/say no?
  • Are you finding it hard to have healthy boundaries in relationship?
  • Are you experiencing grief, loss?
  • Are you feeling as if you do not have any vitality with wellbeing coming last on the agenda?

The EFT process seems to be a great technique for finding unknown/unwanted beliefs/values etc. So they can become known and shifted.

The sessions are face to face or on Zoom.

Q Fees

- First session is 90 minutes - $150 NZD
- All other sessions are 60 minutes - $100 NZD

- Package of 6 - $600 NZD
