Counselling & Wellbeing

Anything new can feel a little daunting, and counselling is no exception. Talking about difficult experiences or feelings might seem intimidating. But, like anything else, it’s often not as hard as you were expecting. And I’m here to help and support you through the process.

How Can Counselling Help?

I have worked with people with a wide range of difficulties, including:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Anger management
  • Relationship issues
  • Adolescents
  • LGBTQI issues and challenges
  • Sexual abuse
  • Self harming Behavior

Life is a Journey – why not enjoy the ride?

As we go through life we come across many possible routes. With so many different roads to choose from, it can sometimes be difficult to decide which choice most fits who we are as a person. That’s where counselling comes in. Working together, I will help you either get the most from the route you’re on, or assist you in getting back on the roundabout and finding a new road or life direction.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Counselling (B.Couns.), and am a Provisional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

I work in an integrative manner, employing a variety of different modalities and techniques to help my clients in whatever way works best for them. I’m also an accredited ACC Treatment Provider for sensitive claims.
