The suite is on level 9 of Berl House, 108 The Terrace. The individual office for rent has natural light with views to the green belt, west and north-facing windows that open, and air conditioning. The offices were custom-built with sound privacy as a priority.

There is a spacious waiting room.

There is easy access to Lambton Quay, and plenty of public transportation. Clifton Terrace car park is a minute’s walk away.

The office would suit an individual doing any sort of quiet work.
