Psychodrama Therapy Group

A weekly therapy group using action methods in 2022

This weekly therapy group using action methods will be led by Craig Whisker (Professional Leader Psychotherapy ADHB, Psychodrama Educator and Practitioner AANZPA, Registered Psychotherapist PBANZ).

This group is for adults who want to make personal and relational changes in their lives and who are looking for a weekly group to do this work in. The group may compliment or be an alternative to individual counselling or psychotherapy.

Psychodrama is a group method combining thought, feeling, and action. It increases our creativity and spontaneity in daily living, enabling us to expand our abilities through effective self-expression and in connection with others.

No prior experience in psychodrama is necessary.
