Room Available in beautiful Spinks Cottage

Dear Colleagues,

The Spinks Cottage, a beautiful and historic space in the Wellington city center shared by psychotherapists, psychologists and counselors, is looking for a new tenant from June.

The available room is on the ground floor, approximately 16sqm large, receives natural sunlight and is furnished (optional).

The cottage is located in a peaceful and fairly quiet spot on the grounds of St. John’s church cnr Dixon/ Willis Street, and is an ideal space to establish or move your private practice to, share the common areas and work in a collegial atmosphere.

Ideally, you would like to rent the room for the entire week but it is also possible to share the days with another practitioner.

Costs:

• $250 per week (+ gst and monthly share of internet and power bills).
• $60 per day (+ gst).
