Spacious therapy room in historic Spinks Cottage

Space has come available in the lovely Spinks Cottage shared by arts therapists, psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists.

This is a wonderful room to work it feels very peaceful and private, with great proportions, natural light and sun over spring and summer and big windows that reveal a fern and trees outside. There is a little cubby for storage and you have access to a peaceful waiting room and great kitchen.

The lease is until April 2024 with scope to renew lease. The room comes unfurnished, so in consultation with the arts therapist and psychotherapist who work in this room on the other days, there is the possibility that you can make this your own.

Availability:

• The room is available from the beginning of December
• Days – Monday Tuesday, and Thursday

Current cost for three days:

• $650 + GST per month for rent, paid one month in advance
• $60.35 + GST per month for utilities including internet, cleaning etc
