WE can get through this together. I’m here to help you endure life’s challenges so you can re-connect and value yourself and others.
I am a qualified, diverse, empathic, friendly practitioner who is dedicated to providing professional and exceptional care to diverse people.
Poignant to my practice, is enthusiasm, that we can make meaningful and lasting change in our lives – if given the opportunity.
My style helps a person discover, and empower themselves contextually, to find their identity, feel they belong and have the ability to prosper in their chosen direction.
People first describe stress as the caused of their problem and want to master their discomfort (caused by the stress). Usually, stress is the SYMPTOM of an underlying problem, rather than a problem in itself. Symptoms are disguised as depression, anxiety, unconventional online activities, addictions, anger, relationship conflicts etc. Once your symptoms have reduce, there’s the opprtunity to explore your life-time patterns and underlying problems. With this understanding we then create better versions of ourselves, handing on joy and fulfillment to those closest to us.
I offer short and long term therapy and work integratively with various strategical frameworks:
I have worked as a therapist in private practice, mental health, multi-cultural organisations, charitable organisations, and other non-clinical organisations for the last 10 years. As well as my experience in this field, I hold the various qualifications and diverse training in supporting services and worked with people from diverse groups, in Aotearoa New Zealand.
I abide by the ethics set out by NZAP and attend regular supervision.
