We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet [active] listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.

About me…

I am passionate about empowering you to uncover and recover your strengths, to find strategies and solutions for managing and resolving any imbalances in your life.

Prior to my qualification as a Counsellor, I worked in sales teams and as a trainer for an IT company. It was there that I realised how much I loved working alongside people. While I was studying, I worked in mental health, facilitating change for the people I supported.

My love of people and viewing the change they can make in their lives reinforced and strengthened my decision to be a Counsellor.
