Counselling & Professional Supervision

If you are located in Wellington, I provide in-person, Zoom, or phone appointments.

For anyone outside Wellington, I provide Zoom or phone appointments.

Counselling and Professional Supervision appointments are available through these pathways:

  • Privately — self-funded
  • Privately — funded directly by your organisation
  • EAP — funded through your workplace EAP scheme. I work with:
    • Telus Health
    • Clearhead
    • Southern Cross (formerly Raise)
    • Workplace Options.

I’m a Counsellor and Professional Supervisor with over 15 years’ experience working with people across a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances. I offer a warm, practical and down-to-earth approach — taking time to understand what’s happening for each person and working alongside them to find a way forward.

I work with people experiencing workplace stress and burnout, anxiety and overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life changes, and other challenges that can leave people feeling stuck or unsure of what to do next. Having also worked as a Manager, I bring an understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership pressures and the demands of high-pressure roles to both my counselling and supervision work.

Professional Supervision is available to:

  • Clinical professionals from a range of disciplines
  • Non-clinical professionals in customer/client-facing, management/leadership, or other roles where supervision could be helpful.

Special skills:

  • Professional Supervision
  • Life transitions
  • Stress and burnout
  • Workplace change and challenges
  • Relationships (home and work)

  • Depression and anxiety
