I’ve worked across both public and private settings and have over a decade of experience in counselling and group facilitation.
I’ve supported people struggling with depression, anxiety (social, generalized and panic), grief, addiction, life transitions, trauma and more. I have postgraduate degrees in counselling and health sciences (cognitive behaviour therapy) and have trained in many modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family System and others.
I bring experience and qualifications, yes – but mostly importantly I bring curiosity, creativity, humour and respect for how complex human beings are. There is no “cookie cutter” approach.
My style is welcoming, warm and informal – thanks to my Brazilian roots! My aim is to make sessions feel more like conversations and less like interventions.
