Announcement

2026 PSYCHOLOGY PRACTICE 2026: I now work only with adults who want to engage in reflective, change-oriented therapy. The focus is on understanding long-standing patterns of behaviour, thinking, and relating, and working collaboratively to create meaningful and sustainable change. This approach is best suited to clients who are ready to participate actively in therapy and who are seeking depth rather than short-term or crisis-focused intervention. Amongst other areas, I am particularly interested in clients with ADHD who wish to make change. Recent training and increased certification in this field reflects this interest. Another area of focus is addressing undesirable patterns of behaviour and thinking that stem from childhood or historical trauma.
