Jordan Mulholland

Child and Family Psychologist

I am a Child and Family Psychologist with 10 years experience working across both the public and private sectors.

My approach is empathetic, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing themselves. I believe that every person deserves to be treated with understanding and respect, and that therapy can provide opportunities to develop new skills, build confidence, and create meaningful positive change.

I work flexibly with children, adolescents, and families, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, goals, and circumstances. I use evidence-based psychological interventions and work collaboratively with clients and families to support emotional wellbeing, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and foster positive family dynamics.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, developmental, and relationship concerns, including:

  • ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Behavioural difficulties
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Depression and mood difficulties
  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Grief and loss
  • Neurodiversity and neurodevelopmental differences
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Parent-child relationship difficulties
