Introduction

At On Point Therapy, I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting.
Clients often come to me when relationships, intimacy, or life transitions feel overwhelming.
 
I’m Alexander, and people describe me as warm, approachable, and practical. I work with both individuals and couples, creating a safe space to navigate challenges, reconnect with themselves or each other, and strengthen their relationships.
 
I bring together advanced qualifications in counselling, psychotherapy, sexology, and education, alongside certification with the Internal Family Systems Institute. My work with individuals and couples blends professional training with a down-to-earth style that clients find supportive and practical
 
I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy, and I aim to make that step as safe and meaningful as possible. I offer a free phone consultation so you and/or your partner can explore how we might work together and whether I’m the right fit to support you.
