Designed for You

My approach is pluralistic which means I work with your needs in a way that suits you best. I believe that you have the strengths in you already and it is my role as a counsellor to help find them, therefore the sessions we share together are personalized as appropriate.  My practice uses traditional talk therapies such as humanistic approaches, Narrative therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Strength based approaches plus I like to incorporate Creative Therapy and Sandtray for those clients who are interested.
