Life Counselling

I offer counselling for personal challenges. I counsel in many life areas. I work primarily with adults. I am also available to work with high school-aged teenagers.

Challenging Work Situations

Challenging work situations are one of my specialities. We work together to explore your concerns and design strategies that will help you with experiencing redundancy, career transitions, job loss and uncertainty, workplace issues, organisational change, stress and burnout and retirement. I have had an extensive management career and have a Masters in Organisational Psychology. I have worked with many clients experiencing challenging work exits including redundancy situations.  Additionally, I work as a Career Practitioner and have Professional Membership with the Career Development Association of New Zealand.

About Me

I work in the Remuera area in Auckland in-person, online and over the telephone.

I am a warm, empathetic and open-minded counsellor offering you a safe space to explore your concerns. We discuss the type of counselling that suits you best and work together at your pace. 

I am registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and abide by their Code of Ethics (see their website for more information).

I offer a free 15 min phone consultation prior to booking an initial session. I am currently accepting new clients.
