My Approach

I am experienced helping people identify and understand the problem stories (issues) that are affecting you. From that understanding, we can create more preferred ways of being in the world, that will help you continue to grow.

I use a wide range of counselling methods, including:

• Narrative Therapy
• Person-centered Counselling
• Geek Therapy – which uses geek culture like video gaming, anime, or even mythologies; as part of a way to connect with you or your child and your/their interests.

I sometimes work with the client’s parents if need be, just to ensure parents are aware of what they can do on their side to help. This must be agreed upon by the client first though.

Who am I?

I am a creative individual who enjoys stories, gaming and a wide range of other pop culture mediums as well as the outdoors. I am counsellor educator where I teach and supervise up and coming counsellors, as well as being a counsellor. I enjoy working with neurodiverse clients as I myself am neurodiverse (dyslexic) but also neurotypical too.
