Personalised Therapy to Help You Thrive

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched too thin? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure things out by yourself.

Life can pile up in ways we don’t expect. You might be feeling anxious, burnt out, grieving, managing chronic illness, navigating relationship stress, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right. Whatever you’re going through, it matters — and you deserve support that feels safe, kind, and genuinely human.

I’m a counsellor based in Johnsonville, and I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I know what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step. Those experiences are what drew me to counselling, and they’re why I care deeply about creating a space where you can show up just as you are — without judgment, pressure, or having to “hold it together.”

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m not here to fix you or tell you who you should be. Instead, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you, what’s feeling hard, and what matters most — and work together to find practical, meaningful ways forward at your pace.

If you’re ready to talk, I’m here.
