Personalised Therapy to Help You Thrive

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched too thin? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

Life has a way of piling up. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, grief, chronic illness, relationship stress, or a sense that something in your life just isn’t lining up the way it used to. Whatever you’re carrying, it matters — and you deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely human.

I’m a counsellor based in Johnsonville, and I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I know what it’s like to feel lost or overloaded, and those seasons in my own life are what drew me to psychology and counselling. They’re also why I work hard to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment, pressure, or pretense.

My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you “should” be or to find quick fixes. Instead, we work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, explore what matters most to you, and create meaningful, practical steps toward the life you want.

If you’re ready to talk, I’m here.
