About Me:

Kia ora, my name is Zoe! I have experience working in high schools and community organizations, where I am driven by a passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, a community I am also proud to call myself part of. I believe in developing strong communication skills, working to identify and embody values, and seeking a deeper understanding of self.

I practice with a person centred approach and work with a range of modalities including CBT, ACT, and Narrative therapy. I also contract with Youthline to provide therapy services.

Q Appointments

- Wednesday 10am-5pm
- Thursday 10am-5pm
- Friday 10am-5pm
- Saturday 10am-3pm (Online only)

- Currently arranging space for in person sessions

Q Fees

-$120 per 50 minute session (sliding scale available depending on circumstances)
