Jeremy Mason – Clinical Psychologist

Smart Psychology

Kia ora, I’m Jeremy, a registered Clinical Psychologist with over nine years’ experience. My areas of expertise include disordered eating and body image distress, pain management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, work and relationship problems, managing ADHD, and general life stressors. I am open to helping you with any problem you would like to work on.

I have worked across hospital settings, university health services, and specialist eating disorder and chronic pain services. I have a warm, curious, and compassionate approach to the work I do. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to share your difficulties.

My practice is evidence-based, meaning my approach takes in to account the best available research, my experience and expertise, and client values, culture, and preferences. Therapy often focuses on developing self and emotional awareness, understanding what keeps us stuck in unhelpful life patterns, and developing tools to help you move through the hard stuff and reach the goals you have set.

  • Pain management
  • Anxiety
