Contract Counsellor – Part-time

Pakuranga Counselling Centre (PCC) is seeking a Contract Counsellor to join our team. As part of PCC, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals—both adults and children—seeking support and guidance.

Founded in 1994, PCC is a not-for-profit charitable trust dedicated to making counselling accessible and affordable in East Auckland and beyond. Over the years, we have supported thousands of clients and are well respected in the community for providing high-quality, compassionate counselling. Conveniently located in central Pakuranga, the Centre offers onsite parking and a welcoming atmosphere.

Position Details

We are looking for a counsellor who is available during the following times:

• Wednesday to Friday: 1.00pm – 7.30pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 1.00pm

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

• Are a Provisional or Fully registered member of NZAC or  NZCCA (with a minimum of 2 years’ experience)
• Have experience working with a range of counselling issues using diverse modalities
