Ana Baird

Counsellor | BAA, PGDipEd, MCouns, PMNZAC

I strive to bring a warm, friendly and genuine approach to counselling. I’m passionate about people gaining the tools to thrive in all areas of life.

I utilise a ‘person-centred’ approach to counselling. This simply means I understand that each person is unique, and as such, I tailor my approach to best fit your individual needs and goals, pulling from a wide range of therapeutic approaches.

I enjoy working with a wide age range of clientele, including teens, adults and parents. I have many years of experience working with young people and their whānau across complex issues, which helps me to not be easily shaken – offering a calm space for the season you might find yourself in.

I offer both short-term and longer-term work.
