If you are facing challenges or transitions in life, I offer pluralistic counselling services online for individuals throughout New Zealand.

My approach is person-centred and empathetic, providing a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

I specialise in supporting clients with issues related to self-acceptance, self -compassion, confidence, grief, menopause issues (working with women and those supporting them), women’s health, men’s health, motherhood, career changes, and more.

Each session is tailored to your needs, with a collaborative focus on your wellbeing and personal growth, we can work together to work towards you counselling goals.

Q Do you offer in person sessions?

I mainly work online, but am happy to discuss in person sessions if this is what you would prefer. Please get in touch to discuss.

Q What days are you available to work?

I work around normal office hours, however I can be flexible so please contact me with any queries you have around counselling times.

My main hours of availability are:
- Friday afternoons - 1- 5pm.
- Thursday evenings - 7-8pm
- Wednesday Evenings - 6-7pm

Q Are you ACC funded?

No, I am not ACC funded.

Q Are you a trauma specilaist?

No I am not a trauma specialist.

Q Do you offer EMDR?

No, I am not trained in EMDR.

Q Are you qualified and registered?

Yes, I am a Provisional Member, Registered with NZ Association of Counsellors (NZAC), with a Bachelor of Applied Counselling and PGDip Education (Guidance). Additionally I have ongoing professional development, peer support and supervision.
