Introduction to IFnT

March 6-7th 2026, Auckland

Ring in the New Year and elevate your therapy skills to the next level.  Rewire your brain for deeper self alignment, breakthrough transformation and sustainable well-being

Elevate your therapeutic practice with Insight Focused NeuroTherapy (IFnT) – a pioneering, integrative model grounded in the latest neuroscience and psychological research.

Developed by Pauline Skeates (NZ), IFnT bridges systems theory, neuroscience, complexity theory, neuropsychoimmunology, somatic therapy and quantum-informed psychology with established therapeutic frameworks such as Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Developmental Psychology, and Coherence Theory. This multidimensional approach empowers clinicians to facilitate change as an emergent, dynamic process.

This two-day introductory course will move you a step beyond regular talk-therapy and will provide an overview of the principles and techniques applied in the IFnT model. During this period, we will draw from the research and learn how to apply these principles to enhance your personal journey and discover new strategies for enhancing clinical work with clients.
