I am a fully registered NZAC counsellor with experience since 2019 supporting individuals and families. I have worked extensively with people affected by family violence and with rangitahi/youth in high schools. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and am passionate about helping people live the lives they want to live.
My main approach is person-centered therapy, but I also incorporate techniques from ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, DBT and Narrative Therapy to best support your unique needs. I work with a diverse range of clients, including youth, men, women, LGBTQI+ individuals, and people from all cultural backgrounds.
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of my practice. Your privacy is respected and protected, and all sessions are conducted in a safe, confidential environment.
My goal is to empower you with tools and strategies to foster resilience, well-being, and authentic living. If you’re ready to take the next step, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
