Kia ora! My name is Kaitlin. I am a Registered Psychologist trained in Health Psychology. I currently live in Tāmaki Makaurau in Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand) and have a passion to help people navigate difficult life experiences so they can regain their sense of self and flourish.

I work with individuals, couples, throuples, and polycules providing a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment to explore experiences, thoughts, and emotions.

Background

I completed my training at the University of Auckland with a special interest in Health Psychology and the mind-body connection. My formal education includes undergraduate studies, Masters of Health Psychology, and Postgraduate diploma in Health Psychology before progressing into clinical practice. I currently work with Fertility Associates, Sex Therapy New Zealand, and in Private Practice.
