Counselling for adults and couples

I am a registered NZAC Counsellor working with adults and couples to improve their relationships with themselves and others.

Counselling is a unique space to deepen understanding of lived experience and to find ways to live well in the present moment. Whether you bring specific problems or a general sense that “something is not right”, counselling can reveal useful perspectives and dynamics that support daily well-being, and your journey towards your chosen goals and preferred future.

I offer neuro-affirming counselling within a pluralist therapeutic approach. A pluralist counselling framework, means I work collaboratively with you on your goals, experiences and processes to improve your daily life experience.

Alongside my counselling work I do voluntary board governance. Other roles include being a yoga teacher, and a gardener, and most importantly a mum.
