Taking the step to begin counselling can feel daunting, yet it is a courageous way to explore what matters most to you.

Taking the step to begin counselling can feel daunting, yet it is a courageous way to explore what matters most to you. I consider it a privilege to listen to your journey, and I aim to create an environment where you feel respected, heard, and supported whilst exploring what brings you here. I will walk alongside you in this journey in a calm, safe, supportive and non-judgemental way.

I support people experiencing a variety of challenges, including:

  • anxiety
  • depression or low mood
  • stress
  • burnout
  • grief
  • identity questions
  • self-esteem struggles
  • life transitions
  • questions around purpose or meaning
