Jessi Williams

Registered Psychotherapist

I’m a psychotherapist based in Tāmaki Makaurau and I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and be met without judgement.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and gender identity, and I’m particularly interested in supporting people in their journey toward greater authenticity. I incorporate somatic awareness and draw on my background in the arts to bring a creative, embodied approach to the work. I also have experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQI+ community, and I value creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and deep listening. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, build self-understanding, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.

We all have unique histories, challenges, and aspirations; I hope to help you work through these while facilitating healing that enhances your personal strengths.
