What is an altered book?  In the context of arts therapy, altered books speaks to the process of working with a published book, and altering its appearance and/or meaning via mixed media. Altered books provide several therapeutic applications, including narrative re-authoring, a progressive journal to provide containment, and a multiplicity of material and methods.

10 hours in total PD with two clinical arts therapists.

Investment:

  • $220 per person
  • Materials provided, except for your altered book, which is best selected by you.
